In Mustafa’s words
“I learnt things that I was not able to learn in my 4 years of Computer Science class in one of the private universities. I cannot recommend it enough!”
Why this is the testimonial we share most
Mustafa came to CodeWeekend as a Computer Science graduate from a private university in Kabul. He already had four years of formal education in software. What he had not had was hands-on, market-relevant practice.
The CodeWeekend Coding Bootcamp is structured around exactly that gap. We teach the durable abstractions — the things that don’t change with the next framework — paired with hands-on projects that mirror the work graduates will do on the job. Mustafa got hired as a Junior Software Developer after the program.
His story is the reason we believe a focused, mentor-led, project-driven program can outperform a multi-year degree for the specific goal of making someone a working developer.
